Ron Johannesson, Techworks Founder and President, has gained recognition as an authority in IT Management & Network Infrastructure throughout Western Canada. The combination of Ron's technical background beginning at the University of Saskatchewan, and his leadership skills, prompted him to start Techworks Solutions Providers Inc. in 1991. During Ron's tenure, Techworks has become an established leader in Information Technologies.

Rick Johannesson, Vice President and COO
Techworks Vice President and COO, Rick Johannesson has an extensive knowledge base in Management of Systems, Processes, People, and Customers. These skills provide Techworks with the ability to provide exceptional service to its clients. His background has been in manufacturing industries for almost 20 years, his work has included General Manager, Plant Manager, Lean Enterprise Management, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources Management, Logistics, Procurement, Financial Analysis, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, among others.

Loren Henry, Lead Developer/Team Leader of Technical Services
Loren achieved a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and began his career as a Software Developer. He joined Techworks in 2003 and has evolved into a  Leader of Technical Services and Lead Developer. His education, technical expertise and client service focus have made him an integral member of the Techworks Team. Loren has a unique ability to work with clients and optimize IT solutions in their business. Loren is also the Lead Developer of our proprietary Human Resource Management and Search Software, Pursue.
